RETURNS INFORMATION
We also offer direct exchanges, subject to stock availability.
Items marked as ‘Limited Edition’ or ‘Final Stock/Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unused, with all tags attached.
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of food or beverage products, this includes LICK MY BALL and/or LICK MY STICK products.
There must not be any animal hair or fur, saliva, dirt, or stains on products such as clothing, bedding, and blankets, as this will create an invalid return and your items may not be re-shipped, replaced, or refunded.
We aim to process all returns within 15 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. Please note, this time period may vary slightly in busy periods.

RETURNS
All accepted returned items will receive a REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. Please note when exchanging products, stock may vary and we can’t promise that the item you are hoping for will be available. In this case, a store credit or refund will be made available to you instead.
A re-shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit, refund or exchange to cover shipping and handling fees, of interstate orders in Australia.

FAULTY ITEM
At VANDERMONTS PETS/LICK MY BALL and Collections, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you believe that an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we encourage you to contact our support team within 10 days of your purchase for inspection.
Our team will examine the provided images of the item for any faults. In the event that your item is deemed faulty, we will gladly provide an exchange, subject to the availability of the product in stock. If the product is unavailable, we will offer you store credit or a refund as an alternative.
Please be advised that items outside of the 10-day period will not be considered under our Faulty Item Policy and therefore are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers.
