Launches & Shipping
We pack orders Monday – Friday, excluding VIC public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team are working very hard to make sure you get your VANDERMONTS PETS order as soon as possible.
Shipping Process
VANDERMONTS PETS/LICK MY BALL and Collections will provide you with a tracking number via email or text once your order has been shipped. (this can take up to 24 to 48 hours to become active)

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping & handling fee costs are non-refundable.

If your order is returned to sender, the shipping cost based on the item/s weight and sender address, will be required to re-ship.
